Omer LeBlanc was born and raised in Selwood, a small village in Northern New Brunswick. At the age of 12 he became intrigued with the school janitor's hobby of whittling wood. This began a lifelong love and passion of wood-working. Omer is self taught and has done an amazing job refining his skill over the years. If you stop by his shop, you can take a look at some of his incredible creations.

As an adult he began working as a contractor, doing residential, commercial and industrial work until he retired. Now he continues to create custom furniture and other pieces using various types of exotic hardwood and thermal wood.​
