The supper is spread over a complete evening but that can be modified, if necessary. Chez Phil’s Kitchen offers a special Canteen Menu, directly on Charlo’s Beach. People travel for miles to come and enjoy some of Chef Phil's summer dishes. There is something for everyone: poutines, Tacos, Seafood Linguinis, homemade chicken fingers, specialty burgers, and even some of Phil's homemade BBQ Sauce. The beach side takeout is open to serve you from mid-May to mid-September,
